Dr. Zinn is specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring of enterprises, commercial law and corporate law as well as international matters. After his studies and work experience in the United States and Singapore he started his career in a renowned Frankfurt based law firm, in which he gathered profound experience in M&A and corporate law. In 1999 he changed to Mannheim, where, together with Dr. Böcker and a further partner until splitting with the latter he built up a law firm with a special focus on international matters.
Dr. Zinn is a member of the Corporate Lawyers Association (VGR) and of the M&A and international business transaction commissions of AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats). Due to his interests in Mexican law he is member of the board of the German-Mexican lawyers association (www.dmjv.de) and member of the German-American lawyers association.
In his free time the father of three children is a passionate sportsman, widely travelled and engaged in social projects.
